Chocolate Making Set
Whats the best chocolate to use for making an egg?
I wanted to make something out of chocolate for my girlfriend. One internet site told me to avoid galaxy as it doesn’t set very well after you melt it. I have tried Co-op chocolate and that too doesn’t set, i left it covered up for a day to set and it stays soft. Does anyone one know of the best chocolate to use?
I don’t want to use cooking chocolate as its made for cakes, and wouldn’t make for a very tasty easter egg..
All Dark chocolate works very well as it sets quickly and is very hard, but if you want milk chocolate go for cadburys or cheaper brands as they are harder then the top end brands like lindt
